The recent series of rumours suggest that Apple is expected to launch the successor of iPhone SE”, iPhone SE 2 in the first quarter of 2020. Continuing to the MacRumors iPhone SE 2 will feature a liquid crystal polymer (LCD) antenna design. This LCP design on iPhone SE 2 will help improve wireless transmission.
According to the industry report, The Elec states that LG Display did not previously consider budget models as being of interest to the company, but has changed its mind. One source claims the new affordable iPhone from Apple will most likely arrive by the end of the first quarter.
As per the previous report, the iPhone SE 2 display size is said to be the same as the iPhone 8 with a 4.7-inch LCD display and a Touch ID button. However, the iPhone SE 2 will be powered by the latest A13 Bionic chip which runs on the iPhone 11 series. Under the hood, the iPhone SE 2 will be paired with 6GB and 128GB storage variants. The iPhone SE 2 is slightly bigger than the 4-inch panel of the iPhone SE and will give users increased screen real state. In terms of colour, the iPhone SE 2 is expected to be available in three colour variants – Space Gray, Silver and red. The iPhone SE 2 will be priced at a starting price of $399 (Rs 28,300) in the US.
